About
We have represented an electoral body in various election petitions at the High Court and Chief Magistrates Courts arising from General Elections held in 2013 and 2017. We defended the suits which were eventually dismissed.
Additionally, we have acted for clients in proceedings at various judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals including constitutional petitions; judicial review matters; and Election petitions. We are committed to instituting and prosecuting public interest litigation as a form of Corporate Social Responsibility. We also advise our clients on other methods of Dispute Resolution like Arbitration and Mediation. This is in the spirit of saving our clients the time and expense of litigation and our team has qualified arbitrators to ensure professionalism in handling the matters.
